Shipping & Returns

Items are shipped out within 72 hours of purchase(excluding weekends and holidays). If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, please email support@valalavande.com within 6 hours of your purchase.

Due to the nature of secondhand items, all sales are final. We do our best to photograph and detail the condition of every item. If you require further measurements than listed, contact us and we can help you decide if the item is a good fit for you. If you feel an item was misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will promptly review your request.

Packaging

Due to the nature of vintage and secondhand items, many of our items do not come with their original packaging. In some cases, we are able to procure authentic packaging to elevate your shopping experience. Inclusions for each item are listed on the item description page. To ensure quality control, all item packaging will be recorded. Items are sent out with signature confirmation required.

Authenticity

At Vala Lavande Vintage, we stand behind our products 100%. Each item is inspected in-house, and then authenticated by a third-party authentication service.

For Chanel handbags, we use the services of the Leather Surgeons & Zeko’s Authentication. For all repairs, refurbishing & replating, we use the Leather Surgeons. The item details will specify which certificate comes with your purchase. Vala Lavande Vintage is not affiliated with either company.

For other luxury brands, several authentication services are used, this may vary from item to item. We are an Entrupy verified seller. You can find us on the Entrupy website verified business directory. For any specific questions about the authentication process, please contact us at support@valalavande.com.

If you question your item’s authenticity, please contact us immediately. We have zero tolerance for replicas. We will fully refund your purchase if the item ends up to be inauthentic. We will require an unanimous decision from two professional authentication services stating the item in question is inauthentic. Please note, if this is ever the case, we will cover any costs associated with the authentication services. 

Taxes & Licensing

Vala Lavande Vintage is a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of New York. Applicable sales tax will be charged if your item is purchased & shipped within the state of New York.
